Forefoot wedges are designed to fine-tune forefoot alignment and pressure distribution within footwear and orthoses. Available in varus (medial) or valgus (lateral) options, these wedges help influence pronation or supination mechanics at the forefoot during gait.

Choose from 2°, 4° or 6° posting to suit individual biomechanical needs. Each wedge features a strong self-adhesive backing for quick, secure placement onto Bio insoles, making them ideal for in-clinic adjustments.
